This sew is provided in multiple sizes:
2.25" tall, which is the standard height for most embroidery machines sewing on hats.
3.50" tall, a suitable size for left chest (pocket area) on shirts, jackets, etc.
4.50" and 6.50" tall for bags, jacket backs, etc.
This are just suggested uses, but these files can be sewn onto whatever your shop can accommodate.

It's recommended to simply send your embroidery shop this entire .ZIP file when you place your order,
as it contains everthing they should need to sew your Big Clive merch.

Explanation of files:


----- .DST ----- 

This is the sew instruction file saved in the Tajima .DST format. 
This file format is widely considered "universal" in the commercial embroidery world
And thus should be readable by the machines at retail or commercial embroidery shops.

Note that this file is machine instructions, and therefore can't be viewed or opened
on your average PC without specialized embroidery software.



----- .PES ----- 

This is the sew instruction file saved in the Brother .PES format. 
Readable by the Brother embroidery machines that are quite popular in the consumer at-home and Etsy markets.

Note that this file is machine instructions, and therefore can't be viewed or opened
on your average PC without specialized embroidery software.



----- .EMB ----- 

This is the soure project file that this sew was digitized from, saved in the Wilcom .EMB format. 
This file is provided so that your shop can easily make changes or alterations to the sew if needed.
Wilcom is widely considered the "universal" standard in commercial embroidery software.

Note that this is a proprietary format, and therefore can't be viewed or opened
on your average PC without the mentioned Wilcom embroidery software.

This is a JPEG image of the sew, a "virtual proof" of sorts that you can view. 
Note that this is not to scale.



----- .PDF -----
 
This is a printable PDF "Spec Sheet" that shows, among other things, 
the order that the different colored parts are sewn, dimensions, etc. 
This is quite useful during sewing for chosing your thread colors. 
It should also print to scale on standard letter size paper, showing the actual size the final sew will be.
